Acar or pickles is a mixture of several vegetables and fruits are cut into small pieces mixed with vinegar, vinegar saved some time so pervasive and get a sour taste. Taste of acar are sour, sweet and slightly spicy. How to make it as follows:
Carrot and cucumber or other material cut into small pieces. Boil all ingredients in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain, put the vinegar, sugar, salt to taste and stir. Allow a few moments so pervasive vinegar or store in the refrigerator.
