Bolu singkong has typical color are green made from main ingredients is cassava (indonesia: singkong) flour, actually the colour based on taste of the bolu, example pandan taste is green, chocolate taste is brown. Dough cassava flour mixed with special seasoning of bolu (english: cake) then steamed until matured and growed.
