Chicken porridge is one kind of food pulp from Indonesia. The base is a chicken porridge rice gruel. Rice gruel is rice cooked with plenty of water so that it has a soft texture and juicy. Porridge is usually served warm. Served with sliced chicken, some condiments, such as soy sauce and soy sauce, pepper, salt, and sometimes a chicken broth. Equipped also with a sprinkling of chopped green onion, fried onions, celery, fried soybeans, cakwe, and crackers. Chicken porridge is often the choice of food for breakfast. In addition to breakfast, chicken porridge is often the choice of a warm meal at midnight.
