Gado-gado is an Indonesia popular mixed vegetables with peanut sauce. The vegetables consist of bean sprouts, beans, cabbage. Other mixtures usually pieces of tempe and tofu, egg pieces added in the presentation. Crackers and fried onions as a topping on top.
