Ketupat is a dish made from main ingredients is compressed of rice in the form of a diamond-shaped wrapped inside a palm leaf matting (indonesia: janur). Ketupat is same with lontong, the different is how to wrapped it. Presentation of ketupat is usually cut into small pieces. Ketupat is as a source of carbohydrate beside rice (indonesia: nasi). The dish use ketupat are opor ayam, kare ayam, tahu telur petis, etc.
