Gurilem made from Tapioca Flour

Gurilem is a kind of cylindrical-shaped crackers and spicy, typical of Bandung, Indonesia. Gurilem made from tapioca flour mixed with spices and fried to produce gurilem were crispy and tasty. Gurilem spicy flavor derived from the original chili concoction coupled with orange then resulting taste spicy and red colors are fresh and natural without dye.

Gurilem usually eaten as a food supplement for other foods such as chicken noodle meatballs, meatballs even though soupy rice. But many also consume gurilem just as a snack.
